Eurovest’s vision for Waterfront Square is well underway and momentum continues
to build. All public components of the community are already complete — the
state-of-the-art Wonderland multi-modal transit center, the 1,465-car parking garage
and bus terminal, the pedestrian footbridge to the beach, and the public plaza deck. The $75 million
public investment in the site has set a very high standard of design and quality for the remainder of the project.

OCEAN 650 AT WATERFRONT SQUARE
Construction is nearly complete at Ocean 650 and leasing will begin soon on the 230 new residences by Upton + Partners. The new 5-story luxury apartment building features studio, one-, and two-bedroom units with balconies offering spectacular views of the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Building amenities include a roof deck, clubroom, fitness center, dog care facilities, and a courtyard with an outdoor pool and barbecue areas.
VANGUARD AT WATERFRONT SQUARE
The Vanguard at Waterfront Square is the first
initiative in Greater Boston for Real Estate Capital Partners (RECAP) of New York City, a real estate investment advisory firm, and Chicago-based Covington Realty Partners, LLC, one of America's leading multi-family
residential developers. Residents at the 194 luxury one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes at Vanguard will enjoy direct beachfront access, an outdoor pool deck, an exclusive community clubroom,
ocean views, state-of-the-art fitness center and much more. Residents have moved into the first phase building, and Phase 2 leasing is underway
for 80 of the 166 remaining units. Phase 3 will be ready for leasing and occupancy in Spring 2016.
